This Gateway for CubeCart 4 allows pay on delivery ( e.g. Cash On Delivery ) as a payment option in CubeCart.
After the selection of the option the customer sees the total amount including the extra Pay On Delivery costs and can confirm the order.
The amount is editable per ISO country, so you can have a rate per country.
The mod is built as a payment gateway, so not as a shipping option.
