Upgrade Pay On Delivery CC4 to CC5

With this purchase you can upgrade an existing CC4 Pay On Delivery license to CC5.

A license can only be requested for the same domain as the existing CC4 license.
The existing CC4 license will expire with this purchase.

After purchase you can request the license by going to the admin panel of the module.
There you click the link for the license code and fill in the new order number and the original license code.
