Hi,
I am running Google Express Gateway (v2.0) in a CC3016 store and all is working well.
The only problem is that whereas all customer/order details are sent by Google to my store email address, none of this information is recorded in the store database. All I get is an order number, a shipping charge and a user name of Google Checkout user.

Have I installed this wrongly and where should I look, or is this a function of Google Checkout?

Looks like your callback url is not working.
This is the URL ending with responsehandler.php (describedd in the install.txt)
The url should be enters on the google seller site.
In most cases the integration steeings page on the Google seller site will tell you what is wrong by some means of error message.

You can also test your url in the browser.
When it works fine it will ask for credentials.
